Shipping Policy

Every Sevenstones order is shipped by Sevenstones, from our atelier in Hong Kong. This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Delivery cost and carrier

Delivery is complimentary on every order. We ship by DHL Express, fully insured for the full value of your order until it is delivered, and tracked door to door.

2. Where we deliver

We currently deliver to the destinations below. Delivery times are estimates from the day your parcel leaves our atelier.

Asia Pacific (Singapore, Australia) — 2–4 business days after dispatch
Canada — 2–5 business days after dispatch
European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden) — 2–4 business days after dispatch
Hong Kong SAR — 1–2 business days after dispatch
India — 3–6 business days after dispatch
Serbia — 3–5 business days after dispatch
United Arab Emirates — 3–5 business days after dispatch
United Kingdom — 2–4 business days after dispatch
United States — 2–5 business days after dispatch

If your country is not listed, we cannot deliver there yet — please contact us and we will let you know when that changes.

We cannot deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers or freight-forwarding addresses, and we do not ship to countries or persons subject to international sanctions.

3. Processing times

Each piece is prepared to order once payment is confirmed. The estimated time before dispatch is shown on the product page; the delivery estimate for your country is shown at checkout.
Engraving or a requested size adjustment adds up to 7 working days.
Orders are prepared on Hong Kong business days; an order placed on a weekend or public holiday starts on the next business day.
If your piece will take longer than estimated, we will tell you promptly, and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Tracking and signature

When your order leaves the atelier we email you the DHL tracking number. It also appears under Orders in your account.
An adult signature is required on delivery; DHL may ask for photo ID. We cannot authorise a parcel to be left unattended or with a neighbour.
If no one is available, DHL will leave a card and attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a nearby service point.

5. Customs duties and import taxes

We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties and taxes (VAT, GST or sales tax) for your country are calculated from your delivery address at checkout, shown as a separate line, and included in the total you pay. You will not be asked to pay anything further on delivery.

If DHL or a customs authority ever asks you for payment on a Sevenstones parcel, please do not pay it — contact us and we will settle it directly. If you have already paid, we will reimburse you on receipt of the official receipt.

6. Address and delivery problems

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout; we cannot change it once the parcel has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or DHL could not deliver it after repeated attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, and an additional shipping charge may apply.

7. Lost or damaged parcels

Your parcel is at our risk, and insured by us, until it is delivered to you.
Please inspect the parcel on delivery. If the outer packaging is opened, tampered with or damaged, note it with the courier if you can, photograph it, and tell us within 48 hours.
If tracking shows a parcel has been lost, or a piece arrives damaged, we will open the claim with DHL ourselves and, at your choice, send a replacement or refund you in full. You will not be asked to wait for the insurance claim to be settled.

8. Currency

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Orders delivered to the European Union are charged in euros (EUR) and orders to the United Kingdom in pounds sterling (GBP); the amount in that currency is shown at checkout before you pay.
