These terms govern every order placed with Sevenstones through sevenstones.hk. By placing an order you confirm that you have read them and agree to be bound by them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy. Last updated: 1 October 2026.
1. About us
Sevenstones is a fine-jewelry maison based in Hong Kong SAR. Our pieces are designed in our atelier and finished by hand. Questions about these terms or about an order can be sent to our concierge at any time; contact details are at the foot of every page.
2. Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase. We accept it, and a contract is formed, only when payment is confirmed and you receive our order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where a piece is unavailable, where a pricing or listing error has occurred, or where payment or address verification fails; any amount already paid is refunded in full.
Every Sevenstones piece is prepared to order once payment is confirmed. The dispatch window shown at checkout is an estimate; we will tell you promptly if a piece will take longer.
3. Prices, duties and taxes
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include all import duties and taxes for the destination country. We ship Delivered Duty Paid, so the total shown at checkout is the total you pay; no customs charges are collected on delivery. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect an order that has already been accepted.
4. Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of order by card or an express wallet through our payment partner Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Where your bank requires additional authentication (3D Secure) the order is confirmed only once that step completes.
5. Delivery
Delivery is complimentary and fully insured, by DHL Express with signature on delivery. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect the parcel on receipt and tell our concierge within 48 hours if it arrives damaged or incomplete. We cannot deliver to PO boxes or freight forwarders.
6. Returns and exchanges
- You may return a piece within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is unworn, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by its certificate where one was supplied.
- Bespoke, engraved, resized and made-to-measure pieces are personal to you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
- Contact our concierge to arrange a return; we will send a prepaid, insured DHL label. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 working days of the piece reaching our atelier.
- Import duties and taxes paid on the original order are refunded together with the price of the piece.
7. Warranty and care
Every piece carries a two-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover ordinary wear, accidental damage, loss of stones through impact, or work carried out by a third party. Complimentary cleaning and inspection are available for the life of the piece; resizing and repairs outside warranty are quoted on request.
8. Ring sizing
Our ring-size guide and finder give an estimate only. One complimentary resize within 30 days of delivery is included where the design allows; eternity bands and some set designs cannot be resized, which is noted on the product page.
9. Your account and data
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance; order details are retained for as long as required for warranty, accounting and legal purposes.
10. Intellectual property
All designs, photography, text and trade marks on this site belong to Sevenstones or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause affects the statutory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
